Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using UpGrit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding End-User License Agreement (EULA) between you and UpGrit. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Services

UpGrit is a productivity application for habit tracking, managing focused work sessions (Deep Work), and accessing personal development resources. Access to the app's features requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions and Payments

UpGrit offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• UpGrit Monthly — 1 month — 9.99 € per month
• UpGrit Yearly — 12 months — 99.99 € per year (equivalent to 8.33 € per month)

All subscriptions include full access to all features: unlimited habit tracking with heatmaps and streaks, Deep Work sessions with customizable timer, full statistics and exports, voice notes and rich text, multi-device cloud sync, custom themes and colors, and the complete resource library.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to all features until then.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are in euros (€) and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The UpGrit application, its design, code, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

UpGrit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the application settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel your subscription through your device's account settings before deleting your account.
